High-temperature tape refers to adhesive tape designed for use in high-temperature environments.
Primarily used in the electronics industry, it typically withstands temperatures ranging from 120°C to 260°C. Common applications include masking during spray painting, baking finishes, leather processing, and coating operations; securing components during electronic part manufacturing; and masking for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and high-temperature processing. Types of high-temperature tape include polyimide tape, Teflon tape, green PET tape, high-temperature masking tape, and high-temperature double-sided tape.
Characteristics:
Excellent adhesion, high-temperature and solvent resistance, strong holding power, and leaves little to no adhesive residue.
